Italian Pastry Cooking Class: Learn how to make Affogato Gelato, Tart & Panna Cotta

Create & Savor Authentic Italian Desserts inside a Real pastry Laboratory

Your sweet Roman adventure begins with a glass of bubbly Prosecco, the perfect way to toast the start of a unique pastry workshop. Unlike standard classes held in restaurants, this experience takes place in a real pastry laboratory where professional chefs craft desserts every day.

Together with our pastry team, you’ll prepare three iconic recipes: Panna Cotta, Affogato al Caffè, and an Italian tart. Each guest makes all three desserts individually, so you’ll enjoy a truly hands-on experience. And for kids or guests who don’t drink coffee, we offer non-caffeine options so everyone can take part.

At the end of the class, you can savor your panna cotta and affogato right in the lab with your group, while your tart will be carefully wrapped so you can either enjoy it later or take it away. You’ll also receive the recipes and our follow-up support, so you can recreate everything at home and write us anytime for guidance.

Conveniently located near the metro station line A "Battistini" (a mere 10 minutes from the center of Rome by metro), this experience is ideal for families, groups of friends and couples seeking an entertaining and genuine Italian baking escapade.
